Meet iCPR's Instructor

Corey Lewis, iCPR's founder & chief instructor, is a Paramedic, Paramedic Instructor/Coordinator and an American Heart Association Experienced Instructor.  With over 25 years experience in Fire and EMS, Corey has personally provided care to over 50,000 patients. His vast experience in urban and rural EMS systems, as well as hospital based Adult and Pediatric Level 1 Emergency Medicine gives him an extensive knowledge base for teaching. 

 

While working for Detroit Fire, one of the busiest EMS systems in the world, Corey was the recipient of the Detroit Fire Commissioner’s Individual Commendation for performing above and beyond the call of duty as well as multiple Detroit Fire Department Unit Citations and awards. He also received multiple patient care awards as an Emergency Department Paramedic for C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.
